The International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) invites proposals from qualified event management agencies or consortia to provide comprehensive event management, logistics, delegate management, and communications support for the CGIAR Science Programme at a high-level international event to be hosted in New Delhi or Hyderabad, India.

The selected agency will be responsible for providing end-to-end services to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of the event in close collaboration with ICRISAT and key stakeholders.

Tender Details

  • Proposal Deadline: On or before 20 July 2026, 4:30 PM (IST)
  • Currency: All charges must be quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), clearly indicating applicable taxes and payment terms.
  • Submission Method: Sealed quotation.
