Tender for Disposal of Firewood / Pulpwood – Cutting, Extraction, and Site Clearance

ICRISAT invites sealed bids from interested and eligible parties for the sale of pulpwood & firewood (cutting and lifting) through a sealed tender process.

Site Inspection: Interested bidders may inspect the site(s) at the ICRISAT Campus, Patancheru, between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM from 23rd February to 03rd March 2026.

Interested parties are required to submit their sealed bid along with their credentials, including their firm registration, GST registration, Paper Board agency authorisation certificate, and previous experiences. The bid form should be collected from the PSDS office by paying a non-refundable fee of 5000/- INR, and the sealed bid should be submitted along with the EMD of 10 Lakhs INR, which will be converted into a security deposit.

ICRISAT reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof. Sealed quotations must be submitted on or before 05th March 2026, to the following address.
